About Gogia Builders

Vijay Gogia is Principal of Gogia Builders, where he oversees acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, construction, and asset management across the firm's portfolio.

A licensed New York attorney and principal real estate broker, Vijay began his career in real estate finance at Emerald Creek Capital before joining Massey Knakal Capital Markets, advising institutional clients on investment sales throughout New York City.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law while clerking in commercial real estate and subsequently joined Rosenberg & Estis, LLP, where he practiced across transactional real estate, leasing, zoning, administrative law, and development matters. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018.

Vijay later joined a multi-generational New York real estate family office, where he helped build a nationwide multifamily investment platform, managed venture capital investments, and oversaw asset management of a global luxury retail portfolio across major metropolitan markets.

He returned to his family's business to establish Gogia Builders, leading the firm's development activities from acquisition through stabilization. Completed projects include 2481 Crotona Avenue, a 100,000-square-foot mixed-use affordable housing development in the Bronx, and 608 East Fordham Road, a comprehensive redevelopment of a 20,000-square-foot commercial property opposite Fordham University.

Vijay is also the founder and principal broker of Gogia Realty, a boutique brokerage specializing in commercial real estate advisory, investment sales, leasing, and strategic consulting.
