Ground-up mixed-use development
A 100,000-square-foot ground-up mixed-use development in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the Bronx. The project delivers 90 affordable residential units and ground-floor retail, developed under the 421-a and ICAP tax exemption programs.

Historic commercial repositioning
A comprehensive gut renovation and repositioning of a 20,000-square-foot commercial building on Fordham Road, directly opposite Fordham University. The project transformed a long-vacant property into a fully leased retail destination serving the surrounding community.
